Oh what a wonderful week that was full of miracles. First off... JEFFREY I AM SO EXCITED FOR
YOU!! WHEN I SAW THE VIDEO I MAY HAVE CRIED... ha-ha.
This week was a week full of crazy stuff, we had a goal to
put 6 baptismal dates and we didn’t think that we were gonna be able to put one
or two, but on Wednesday a miracle happened, we went to talk with Fredy, one of
our investigators and we went in with a mindset and a direction to teach lesson
one, but during the lesson I felt prompted to talk about prayer and that led to
baptisim... and guess what... he accepted a date for this weekend!!! We are
working with him really hard because he has a coffee addiction... like everyone
here... gratefully that is the only problem he has. Then on Sunday we put
another baptism date with a girl named Miriam, and we are working hard with her
too. Other miracles were that some of
our investigators that haven’t come to sacrament meeting in a while came, and
what’s even better is that church attendance in the branch is growing... 65
people came!! It’s wonderful because the Lord really is blessing us and the
people here. When we have goals and work
hard to reach those goals the Lord provides a way to help us and as well he
blesses us in ways that we may have never imagined.
I am trying to do more of the Lords will and have been
trying to make everything more personal, not just with my own testimony, but
with our investigators as well. When we
teach according to their needs they feel the spirit and want to change. Things have been wonderful here, hard, but
so wonderful. I love you all so much!!!
Felicidades Jeffrey!!!
